In this case, you will be notified immediately, and it will be your responsibility to retrieve the item from the return warehouse within 10 days. After this period, rejected returns may be discarded due to health and safety protocols.

Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original manufacturer packaging, including the shipping box.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the manufacturer shipped the wrong product or the item was damaged upon arrival.

Restocking Fee: A 10-20% restocking fee will apply to all returns as per the manufacturer’s policy. Any extra delivery service fees, such as Next-Day or Overnight Shipping, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery, or Tech Set-Up services, are non-refundable.
